Most of the southern areas of the Planet Bopa have been destroyed by massive floods after being hit by the Galactic Storm Naga.
However,the military government of Bopa are refusing any humanitarian help from it neighbourly planets.
Nearby planet Chi Chi has also been affected by the Galactic storm
